"Taudactylus diurnus" - also called the southern day frog. Despite their rather lofty sounding name, this species has been extinct since 1979. Efforts have been made to try and find specimens in the wild, but their status was made official in 2004. They used to live in south-east Queensland, Australia. It is believed that one of the causes of their disappearance were feral pigs who both muddied the frogs' waters and fed on them. (Some people say they can still hear their distant dissonant croaks whenever they eat bacon)

"Pyxicephalus adspersus" - as this X-ray clearly shows, they're just big boned, not fat. They're also called pixie frogs for their beauty and grace in the water and gentle nature, which will not allow them to harm another living creature (unless it gets close to them, in which case they'll most likely swallow it whole; or if it's a predator, bite them. They do have teeth) Males will also guard their tadpoles (unless they get hungry, then they just eat them)

"Hyalinobatrachium dianae" - Hello, Kermit di Frog here, coming to you from Costa Rica. You may have thought I was kidding when I said I was a real frog, and not a puppet. Well, here I am. Why am I on di lush Caribbean Coast? Well, my divorce from Ms. Piggy in 2015 hit me really hard, and I felt the need for some me-time, to get in touch with my roots. But some gosh-darn paparazzi herpetologist just had to discover me later that year. Well, at least he named me after his mom; awfully nice of him. And before you ask; yes, googly eyes do run in my family. Well, I best get going. Thank you for reading. Yaaaaaay!

"Ceratophrys ornata" - the fabled pacman frog. So named because their mouth takes up such a large portion of their body. Yet another living relative of the great devil frog. Just as aggressive as any frog of their lineage, they will attempt to eat anything. And they will attack anything in self-defense, even bigger animals. (Their favorite Shakira song is "Waka, Waka." As well, they seem to enjoy the stylings of Fozzie Bear)

I had no idea this was a thing. Thanks for tagging me.
Now, as for what species they are, I believe they're cane toads. (Or they may just be the rare and elusive Jenga toads)

"Heleophryne depressa" - also known as the Hex River ghost frog. Very little is known about this particular species, as it has not been thoroughly studied or documented. Like other ghost frogs, their range is very restricted; they've only been observed in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa. (One thing that is for certain though is that if you heck with them, they hex with you)

Great idea. Just remember 55 times a day is the limit. And have plenty of water and zinc supplements nearby.

"Ceratophrys cornuta" - also called the Amazonian horned frog. The only thing bigger than their mouth is their voracious appetite. They will eat lizards, mice and even other frogs (including other horned frogs) Even the tadpoles will attack other tadpoles of both their and other species. No surprise, as they related to the extinct (but just as voracious) devil frog. (What dat mouth do? It eat u)

Though not quite as biblical, thousands of frogs were on the move on May 5th, 2008, in China. The cause seems to have been them sensing the earthquake that hit a week later. (That, or maybe it was because the Chinese president - Winnie the Pooh - wouldn't let the people of Hong Kong go)

"There was one who said unto me
Whether I may not kill some coin for air.
'I must depart this area.'
I replied: 'Yay! Such a notion!
I may use a small combustible for my person,
And all of us may use a minor modification.'"
