You know I couldn't just pass over this one. The second of the Ten Plagues of Egypt, it's described in Exodus 7:25-8:15, and follows the Plague of Water to Blood, and precedes the Plague of Lice. (The irony is ancient Egyptians considered frogs to be a symbol of fertility, and frogs in general aren't all that dangerous. So, maybe it was like a warning shot from Yahweh or something)

Well, if I understand correctly, the human brain matures at around 26. Basically, that's when the hopeful child brain fully turns into the cynical adult brain. This guy just developed a bit quicker.

Like the title says, it's just an expression, so don't actually do it. It refers to avoiding procrastination, and its origin is attributed to the following Mark Twain quote:
“If it’s your job to eat a frog, it’s best to do it first thing in the morning. And if it’s your job to eat two frogs, it’s best to eat the biggest one first.”
It's also a book on the same subject by Brian Tracy. (Though the metaphor might not work as well for all people groups)

The terrifying earth goddess worshipped by the Mexica people. Though not a frog per se, she is described as being toad-like with crocodile skin and a gigantic maw filled with sharp teeth which hungers for human flesh. Appearing during the Aztec Fifth Cosmos, she is considered the source of all living things, and thus she must be placated to ensure order in the world. (Kinda like how one must satiate one's strange cravings during pregnancy, or face the wrath of one's life-giving innards)

"Allobates zaparo" - the bloody bamboozler. Found in Ecuador and Peru, this frog likes to pull a sneaky on predators by mimicking a more dangerous species. However, they tend to copy the less poisonous species (the middle one in the pic) rather than the deadliest (the bottom one) It was found that this strategy allows predators to learn to avoid these frogs, rather than outright killing said predators. Basically, these frogs place high emphasis on education. (Froggo am so smrt)
