Yeah, there was also a store that sells fragments of the Berlin Wall. But to be fair, there's also I think three museums nearby. Two for Checkpoint Charlie itself, and the other one is a Jewish museum. There's also a marking of where the Wall used to be, and a lot of information plaques in both German and English.

Not really, I just got here. And I know this isn't a personal/lifestyle blog. Nonetheless, I believe I should share my feelings, before I stop feeling them. And my feelings are... mixed. I don't know how to feel. Maybe I need more time.

As for I chose this particular landmark for my pic. Well, it's because it was pretty close by. And because it also kinda represents how I feel. Berlin is strange to me, it feels like it's in between two worlds. On the one hand, it is technically a metropolis, right? Very populous, very modern. But on the other, it has elements that feel rather... antiquated. I know every city has that, but the contrast feels more pronounced here somehow.
Another reason I chose it is because I found it a bit funny that there's a McDonald's right behind. And yes, it's on the former American side.

Well then, I knew the world was gonna roll me, since somebody once told me that. But I didn't expect this. I guess I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed.

Perhaps he comes with a built-in security system, an in-security if you will.

Not even that much of an exaggeration. At least not for me, since frog calls are music to my ears.

On that note, I did have the opportunity to listen to frog calls while visiting my hometown. They're just as cute as I remember. I even caught a smol froggo. Sadly, I couldn't take a pic (wet). But it did brings back some pleasant childhood memories.

I feel bad for the car's owner, but I can't help but wonder how this could have possibly happened.

This is anti-smol shork propaganda perpetuated by a ground pounding time travelling detective.

Video game history still counts as history 2 comments

It's so strange to think video games have been publicly available since the 1970s. That's over half a century. And in just a quarter of a century they will be 100 years old (the very first thing resembling a video game was created in 1947).

I understand land whales exist though. However, I believe it's not a scientifically recognized clasification.

Rin's thighs are hard to pass up. On that note, I wonder how many people here know about the... other meme associated with her.

There are four species of blue-ringed octopuses in total, each as beautiful as they are deadly. Despite them being small in size, their venom is more than potent enough to kill humans.
