The largest known bioluminescent animal growing up to 2.3 m (about 7.5 ft) and 161 kg (about 356 kb). They are among the top predators of their habitat; nonetheless they are still preyed upon by sperm whales. This species has only very rarely been filmed in the wild: one instance was in 2005, and another in 2012. (I guess shinning bright doesn't always mean you wanna be seen.)

They're also here! I had the good fortune of seeing about five of these guys on yesternight's stroll. I did take some pics but they didn't really turn out so well since it was dark, so I'm just using the gif you see.
It's probably the closest I've ever been to any rabbit in real life. And, as you might expect, they were super adorable.

A pretty obscure Batman villain and nowadays mostly seen as a joke, this guy's origin is actually quite an eyeful.
His real name is Philip Reardon. After serving in the Vietnam War, he found work as a security guard. Unfortunately, he was blinded in an explosion at the warehouse he was guarding. And because Batman was there, he of course blamed him.
Thankfully though, a surgeon managed to to attach optic nerves to his finger tips, effectively making them his new eyes. Sometimes he is drawn with eyes on his fingers, and sometimes he isn't. (Either way, it doesn't seem especially practical. But at least he doesn't taste with his feet.)

They are Siamese if you please.
They are Siamese if you don't please.

Remember that classic Disney song? It turns that it was actually more accurate than one might expect. These cats are very intelligent and active, and require near constant mental stimulation and companionship. They will most likely not let you have a moment to yourself. They're also quite talkative and their purrs are pretty loud. Thus, having a playmate for them is basically mandatory. It's recommended that it be a sibling or otherwise another cat or pet they grew up with, since adult Siamese can be territorial. (So yeah, these cats kind of require their own Siamese twin.) Of course, their looks and demeanor more than make up for it, and they're been a popular breed for centuries. Kings and monks favored them as pets in their native Siam (modern day Thailand). They were also held as sacred, as it was believed they held the reincarnated souls of the dead. (The chances of that were probably 9 to 1.)

Now that's a place not heard from very often. But every place needs potatoes. You're truly doing Spud's work.
