Yeah, same here. But it is nice that it's light outside now when I finish my shift.

That made me chuckle. Thank you. And yeah, no matter the weather, being froggy is preferable to being groggy.

Well, I wasn't trying to cause you an existential crisis or anything. I'm glad you're doing what you love.

Oh, there are indeed worse things than ponies. In fact, what's happening now makes long for the days when the most controversial thing on the internet was colorful cartoon horses. And yeah, certain people here do feel the need to "react" more often than is probably healthy.

I was gonna tell you bit by bit why I feel what you said is wrong. But I don't always need to do that. Sometimes, knowing that someone is trying to stay genuinely optimistic, instead of just acting as though they do, is enough.

Well, now I feel bad for I wrote in my first comment. But if he likes it, I guess it's all good.

What a lovely, positive outlook. It would be a shame to taint it. So I won't, and instead appreciate the sentiment behind it.

Don't get me wrong. I don't actually loathe him. I wasn't even around that much during his hayday. I'm just going by people's impressions of him. When he's brought up, reactions are...mixed, to say the least. And I'll definitely agree that worse people have come through. Also, thank you for your insight. You're one of the oldest users on this site, if I recall, so it's nice to get that perspective.

You know him, you loathe him, the one but as it turns out not only @mgoveia.

At first I couldn't grasp how so many people could harbor such animosity towards one user. Let's just say I'm older and wiser now. That and, you know, he ruined MLP for everyone on this site. (People like him tend to do that.)

Given this, there could be no better pick for him than Nightmare Horse — https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Nightmare_Horse —.

Now this seems a tad nihilistic, but rest assured that there is hope. For there are people who do have totally original ideas, who don't follow what others say and make up their own minds and opinions, and who are not like the other girls.

That's good to hear. I remember I used to like watching lightning storms, too.

Apparently, it's a beer stereotipically associated with Australia. Even though most Australians don't really like it. (I only know it exists because of the Simpsons.)

If the past few year have been any indication, the imagery in the card art isn't all that inaccurate. Hopefully, this year will be better.
Speaking of card art, this one fittingly enough comes from one called Convulsion of Nature — https://yugipedia.com/wiki/Convulsion_of_Nature —. I didn't even change the effect, that's literally what the card does.

Convulsion of Nature was one of favorite cards to play back in the day, and one I had a physical copy of, too. Despite its name, it's not that powerful, but its unique effect certainly made duels more interesting.

Commemorating the raising of the Union Flag at Sydney Cove on January the 26th, 1788 by the very first European settlers of Australia, this holiday serves as the National Day of this country. Like many colonies of the British Empire, Australia's history has not always been rosy; thus the significance of this holiday has changed over time. Currently, it aims to emphasize the diverse cultural landscape of the nation and to promote a sense of community.
If I recall, we do have Australians on this site. If so, I hope they're having a bloody ripppah of a time in their thongs (it's summer there now, right?) while puttin' some s̶h̶r̶i̶m̶p̶ prawn on the barbay and drinking anything besides Foster's. (Sorry, I'm not too familiar with Aussie slang. Learning it is hard yakka.)

Oh don't worry about it. Of course, Magical Scientist isn't an Xyz Monster either.

Well, I only use the respective monster's card art. The other details are based on the user I'm referencing. The Gemini thing is meant to evoke a wolfman/werewolf kinda thing, aka the Scatman transforming into a (were)dingo. The Spell destruction is meant to be rap battle type deal, with Spells representing different disses. The one who would lose such a battle is the one who can't reply, but both parties engaged would be given a chance to answer the other party's diss.
*
Regarding the card's details, I'll keep it short and say they're meant to evoke what a performance by @funkmasterrex would no doubt be like.

And yes, Melodious and Symphonic Warrior are real card archetypes:

Tuning, Concentrating Current, and Downbeat are real cards as well:
