It's true. As mammals, humans are meant to drink the milk of other mammals, especially after they've been weaned, as often occurs with so many other species in nature.
Fun fact: Humans were also all meant to have brown eyes, but around 10,000 years ago some pompous upstarts decided that just wasn't enough and invented blue/green eyes.
