I guess for people doing no-nut, their own nuts would be quite heavy at this point.

Today is International Men's Day, so you know I couldn't leave this one out. While the scrotum and testicles have a myriad of nicknames, nutsack and ballsack seems to really stick. They just hang in there. They don't drop the ball(s). Okay, I'll stop.
For anyone who desires a closer peak into the sack, here's some testy facts (my fav is the avocado one): https://www.google.com/amp/s/metro.co.uk/2015/08/31/12-fascinating-facts-you-never-knew-about-balls-5368881/amp/

NNN '23 Day 18 - Dika Nuts 1 comments

The nuts that come packaged with your dika.

Not really, but they are real. Native to West and Central Africa, they're roughly the size of a small apple. They're usually either ground into paste or powder and used to flavor sauces, stews, and soups, particularly in Nigerian and Cameroonian cuisine.
You'd expect nuts to be salty, but these nuts have an umami or savory taste. And, is it not the variety in nutty flavor that makes us keep wanting to taste them?
NNN '23 Day 17 - The Coconut Effect 2 comments
happy_frog · 36 weeks ago
A phenomenon whereby a trope in fiction replaces its real life equivalent in people's colective conscious to the point that using the latter in a work of fiction might be seen as jarring for most audiences. One fairly famous example is the eagle screech often used barren desert shots. Though I'm sure most people know eagles don't sound like.
The name comes from the usage of coconuts to simulate a horse's hoofbeats. Though famously parodied in Monty Python and the Holy Grail (pictured) the trope is much older than that, having its roots in the theatre.
Another coconut-related trope is that coconut milk is white, like cow's milk. It's actually clear, but trying to make that clear to people might be a tough nut to crack.

Nuts before thots.
*
Making his first appearance in "Ice Age" back in 2002, Scrat the saber-tooth squirrel's frutiless 20-year long pursuit of the almighty acorn is perhaps one of the great tragicomic tales of our time, only equaled by that of the Trix Rabbit's endless quest for Trix.
Interestingly, there is a short featuring Scrat simply titled "The End" posted on April 13th, 2022. It's little over half a minute long and it shows him finally enjoying an acorn without anything getting in his way. Supposedly, it's official and was made in 2021 by Blue Sky Studios shortly before its closure, but its legitimacy is disputed. Even so, there are no doubt those who want to believe the squirrel finally got his nut, despite it seeming like a corny conclusion.

NNN '23 Day 11 - Nutty Pocky 1 comments
happy_frog · 37 weeks ago
Happy Pocky Day! What's pocky? A Japanese sweet snack that looks like a thin stick with glazing. What's Pocky Day? A holiday made up to sell more pocky, celebrated since 1999 on November 11th. No, really. That's the origin, and apparently it actually has a memorial day status in Japan. Why November the 11th in particular? Becuase 11/11 looks like a bunch of pocky sticks strewn about. Yes, really.
Pocky coatings are usually chocolate, strawberry, or matcha cream, but of course you can add nuts to practically anything, and this is no exception. The most common nutty pocky variants are almonds and peanut butter.

NNN '23 Day 9 - Wall-Nut (Plants vs. Zombies) 1 comments
happy_frog · 37 weeks ago
For those unfamiliar with the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, the title is pretty self-explanatory. It's a mobile game where you're trying to protect your house from zombies, using plants.
And Wall-Nut is one of those plants. As their name suggests, their only purpose is to be an obstacle that delays the zombies' advance. Their high health helps them achieve that, and they stand wall and proud even with zombies gnawing at them constantly. You may think that would bother them, but thankfully they got thick skin (well, thick rind at any rate).
