From what I was reading tobacco smoke and weed smoke do similar things to your health. One of the differences Between the two is how long weed smokers tend to hold a puff vs a tobacco smoker. Weed smokers tend to hold it in longer depositing more tar into there lungs. That's not to say cigarettes have more harmful substances in them bevause they are so processed but either way you are inhaling smoke to get a drug into your system.

I think something that we are missing is patience. This culture we live in says that if it isn't good now it will never be. We want instant gratification, want a lifelong love now. Are we willing to go through the lows that always come. Think of your family there are times when they bug you but you still love them. Maybe not everything they do but then as a whole. Keep on keep'in on.
