At my school we go through and meet all of our new teachers for next year on the last day of school, so that's when they usually assign the homework, though sometimes they'll hold a meeting after class one day to give all the new kids the reading. Then you turn it in on the first day that fall and the new teacher grades it.

I can confirm that it's definitely real if you take honors or AP classes, I did all four years of high school and I never had a summer free of reading and other homework

SAME!!! Anastasia is my favorite princess movie of all time and I love musicals so I can't wait I want to see it so bad!!
