they "hate all things red", so does that mean, if one gets a graze or a cut, they'll kill them, get blood on someone else, kill them also, and so on and so on?

I think with the Indian statue, they are planning to make it "bigger", by excavating the land and making a larger pedestal for it. Basically just flattening the surrounding area and adding bricks.
