Selectively, NOT the as$hole with the stereo in his car you can hear LITERALLY a mile away. Bboom,Bboom,Boom,, boom boom "bitch rim ma ring cause I slap out er teef" .. we call it "the ice cream truck"... because he sells crack and the dopies come when he plays & drive around town.

I work for TXDOT, in a district of 10 counties with 11 "Rocky Creeks", 9 "Sandy Creeks" and 5 "Elm Creeks" most are in different counties from each other but two Sandy Creeks are 6 miles apart, cross the same highway and are two totally separate water ways.

Usually 14 soup kitchens as many as 20 when winter got bad. My grandfather lived Chicago at the time, told of Mister Capone coming into his grocery store & buying out all the bread, vegetables, meat... everything with a roll of cash. "Three guys'll be here in an hour to pick it up. When you get more, I'll be back" Grandpa Kotch said a lot of people would've frozen or starved to death if wasn't for Mister Capone.
