Haunted, but I have theory about how that can be a good thing. In ye Olde times, people would invite / (<- "slash") murder homeless or traveller's in their basements so the tortured souls would haunt siad place. Haunting are said to cause cold spots.. thus mimicking air conditioning for free. (House is haunted AF, yo. But DAMN do you save on AC).
