@strongsad actually, all the city would have needed to do was have a licensed inspector approve the build and then submit the stamped report to the city for filing... that's why people are calling this petty/malicious.

Not sure what her being Republican has to do with this, there are a lot of gay Republicans. This just sounds like a terrible mother and human being, period... her political associations being described here just seems intentionally inflammatory.

@awake_ash his point was that there weren't any other options. Maybe instead of blaming the U.S. for ending the war people should blame the Nazis for starting it... and maybe Japan should take some responsibility for siding with the Nazis.

@Famousone my comment about Seals and confirmed kills was directed towards halfdead as well, you and I are good brother. I realized I didnt clarify who my comments were directed to very well.

@halfdeadhammerhead you're making arbitrary, emotionally fueled ststatements and personally attacking anyone who has a dissenting point of view. You're passionate about your beliefs--cool--but you shouldn't be surprised when people dont react positively when you comment or respond the way you do. You either need to grow up a little or really work on how you articulate your point of view--or both.

@xvarnah people like halfdeadhammerhead usually act that way because they have a lot of unresolved anger in their own lives.

If hammerhead was being sarcastic then I missed it. Seemed like they were legitimately trying to flex.

And at best if this was you being sarcastic then it doesnt fit well. I get the feeling that most of your comments are you venting your anger, and you know what if that's what you need to do then go for it. You're on a website anonymously posting so you can get it out of your system. However, I have to question how well that's working if you're actually getting into arguments with other users. You might consider working out, going for a walk, do something to help you vent in a more productive way.

You do not have 3000 confirmed kills, period. With 2,746 confirmed kills, Sgt. 1st Class Dillard Johnson is the deadliest American soldier on record. Also, I find it very rare for any Seal to brag about their confirmed kills, or their operational accomplishments, with anyone whose not also a Seal. Please confirm your class number? I have friends who are Seals who have access to the database and can confirm really quickly whether you're telling the truth or not.

No, that is not legal unless you specifically gave them authorization to do so or signed an agreement noting they could when you took the loan. If you note is as a payment towards the principle, even if it's an early payment on your next installment, they are required by law to apply it accordingly.

Ohhh, yeah, that is correct. At least none that are accepted by retailers.

You need to be very careful how you're paying. If you're not noting your payments towards the 'principle' amount then they will always default your payments towards paying just the interest. It's super shady but 100% legal... same goes for mortgage payments.

@garlog Yes and no. Legally, there is not a requirement for the publisher to have the game rated by the ESRB--however, the vast majority of retailers and distributors require titles to have an ESRB rating prior to putting it on the shelf/up for sale. So while you technically do not have to have the game rated... it will be very difficult for a publisher to get their game on a shelf without it. Now, there are things like the Steam library for example where that is not required but then you're seriously limiting your avenues for retail. It's a Catch 22 situation.
