I know you, you'll be fine. You'll make it through okay. You might be a little ragged and a little tired, but you'll be just fine.

Part of getting through the anxiety is understanding that much of what's happening is out of your control, how you take control and survive is by preparing yourself to move with the punches. When the world is falling down around you, that's when you choose to hold yourself higher.

He was actually suspended via executive order by the state. You talk to anyone actually in law enforcement and across the board people agree it was horrible decision making on his part.

Go figure, we are all getting downvoted. @famousone disagrees but didnt want to respond to a troll-like attitude, I confirm, and @scatmandingo replies in a very respectful, informative way and he still gets downvoted. Tell me again how you're not a troll @jdudkiewicz?

Longboarding is a good idea. Something, anything you can focus on that makes you feel positive, makes you feel a good challenge.

Taking 15 seconds to comment on a humor/comedy/posting website versus signing and collecting signatures for a petition to change a street name because I think the president of the united states is paying attention to me are a bit different I think. Cheers though.

Mental illness is pretty 16 comments

In the most severe cases of ADHD or ADD, a person experiences constant thoughts, memories, images, and flashes of related emotions. Many people describe it as being trapped in an endless cycle of their own thoughts, like a form of dementia. To many, this might be a legitimately terrifying reality. To many, this might be considered almost like your mind torturing itself every single moment of every single day.
