Still, even without remembering a dream it's very rare to fall asleep and then wake up feeling like no time has past.
I've done a lot of research and even a study project (I study psychology) about dreaming and sleep in general and I've never read about anything like this. I hope you at least feel rested when you wake up.

As a child I thought everyone was able to dream lucid. That was normal dreaming for me. Needless to say, my parents never had trouble putting me in bed and I still sleep 10 hours a night.
You can train this. If you keep up and be patient you can definitely learn this. That is another reason lucid dreaming is awesome. It's not only for a small group of people.

It really works. I had a student that switched the markers once. He was so confused the board was clean the next day. I didn't mention anything and just saw who did it by the confused look on his face..

I'm European. I had to sit on my left foot to keep me from searching for the clutch when I was driving in the US. And here (in the Netherlands) an automatic is more expensive! (I only know old people that have an automatic)
