People might just go the opposite way not realizing both extremes can be bad and political fanatism is the wrong way to go. @rosalinas oh for sure. I actually Dungy eat after 9 and dont eat meat. So I donlove cuxumbers and kale, but since I like to cook I like to make them tasty. I enjoy eating vegetables and whole grains/ beans. I do love bread and pizza though. Which I guess it's my "cheat meal" for dinner sometimes.
@ewqua saladas can be delicious and healthy (salads can be unhealthy too) if you het creative. I just enjoy doing that.

No, I'm not saying I'm a glutton lol. I love to eat good, tasty food. But I do eat healthy and regular portions, just have to make what you eating taste good to enjoy it even if it's just a little or only healthy food.

If kids are being "free" anywhere, it woukd be very hard for you to stop it. Kids won't know the difference of its ok to do this in X place, but nit in Y, unless they are taught.
