Its not backwards... is it? It looks like it's just after 11 (11 going down to the right) If that's the case, the thing would be moving clockwise.

There will be kinks to work out obviously. Why is everyone jumping to the conclusion that the site will end? Give it a chance. When users mentioned the ads were too much it got fixed right away. Give the benefit of the doubt, maybe it will stay the same or improve

I used to work at Tim Horton's and I said that once. The guy ordering through the drive thru started laughing and told me, "For a few seconds I actually believed I was at the wrong place." My managers and coworkers made jokes about it for weeks. At least the customer was happy and had a good laugh. He came back the day after and when he ordered he asked for, "The McDonalds girl" and when he got to the window he told the whole car that I was the one who made his day. As much as I was embarrassed at first, it turned out okay in the end.

I searched it and looked at the first four things that came up. It says 20 hours max, between weight of organs, possible blood clots, and possible ruptured vessels. Obviously shows don't look into it or don't care enough to look into it.
