Yep! I don't care how long your day has been working on the roadside, mine's been a long one too. I don't want to spend time slowing down just because you couldn't take two minutes to cover up the signs.

Oh my gosh, have you never heard of sarcasm? Or irony? Gees, the person in the post was making a statement, that if it were reversed no one would ever accept it, nor would they allow it in the first place. On top of this, they're trying to show men how females feel when put in that situation. Geez.

Not quite 100% true, if you watch the bonus stuff on the dvds, he actually was downcast because he thought that his skills as an actor were obsolete because he felt like he couldn't act like that. Still sad, but he wasn't bagging the technology, just had an off day like we all get I suppose. Don't worry, he also said the cast and crew made him feel much better!

Mine would be to change into animals, because it's sort of like 90% of other super powers all rolled into one. Want super strength? Rhino up. Want to fly? Eagle up. Want to run super fast? Cheetah up. And so on and so forth. Plus it'd just be awesome in and of itself, you'd get to explore everywhere on earth, places humans just cannot go.

Okay there are two issues I would like to bring up. In other countries, there is absolutely no flipping way you're going to wrack a up a bill of $1,000,000 over 5 years, because the treatment and medicines are just not that expensive. This is because the health care industry is not treated like a free market (same problem is seen with America's college system). Secondly, every citizen pays a levy each year, which is what pays for a heck of a lot of infrastructure and treatment. Then, if you find yourself going to the doctor or buying medication over the counter, you do have to pay some, but most will be subsidised, which means that you're paying the bulk but it's just not that expensive. That's why it works! Sure there are people who are overweight or people with sport injuries that could have prevented the cost, but most of the time it's people who just can't help being sick, and who need the extra help.

If you want me to phrase it a different way then here: medical care should be an affordable human right. And look, I really don't understand why all these people are saying 'it's doomed to fail, failure will be the outcome'. There are bad people in every. single. country. Now, there are a lot of health care systems that apply nation-wide tax that then funds the medical system. In Australia, it has been found that our medical system is unsustainable, but does that mean they tell the health sector to go nuts and charge whatever the hell they like, running thousands of people into thousands of debt? No. We now pay an extra $7 a visit to the doctor, with a cap of $70/year. There are 'bad people' in Australia, but hey, at least they're healthy because the system works, just like it'd work in America.

Ugh, how does the freaking medical industry in America have competition and drive? Competition drives prices DOWN. Regardless, medical and health care treatment should be a human right, not a right for people who have more in their back pocket.

Because if we can't fix everything 100%, let's not fix it at all, right? There are plenty of countries you could model a health care system off, America is not actually that unique. Every economy works more or less the same way, just adjust it to the slight differences and you're sweet. I'm most definitely not 'uniformed', just can see the benefit in a system that has been proven time and time again. A system that saves lives and significantly increases the quality of life for people.

easysteps- mmk that makes more sense ha, just wasn't what came across in your comment up there. but I think the post was just a social comment, not actually serious.
guest- see, I actually don't think that's a good approach. You say it's not up to the government to legislate good behaviour, yet you're against an individual voicing their opinion? How else will we get the government to listen? And the sad fact is, lots of adults do not teach their children well, or aren't there at all, so all they're learning is what they see. Championing your morals and values isn't forcing standards upon another, it's showing people there's an alternate way to live, and showing why you think it's good. Without voicing our opinions, we would be a society with no morals or ethics.

The 'just don't look' argument really annoys me. Literally, using that argument, you can justify literally anything. Don't like the holocaust? Just ignore it. Don't like people terrorist acts? Just ignore it. See how stupid that sounds? People have to fight for what they believe in, and part of that is voicing their opinion.

Okay, so would it change the food-eating experience if it were the same food and clothed women? If it would, then you're not going just for the food. If it wouldn't, then you should be angry that men go to perv on women.

Wow, ns, that's a bit harsh! Indian forest used to be called jungle by foreigners, which is why the lion is 'king of the jungle'. Also, I'm not sure why you need to be part of the army to comprehend the difference between forests and jungle. But, regardless, I'm just helping out the op here, explaining why lions are referred to as such.

Well, prepare to be un-bugged! Because there are a few types of lions, including the Asiatic lion which lives in: India! They live in their forest, which some would compare to a jungle so..lions can be the king of the jungle.

Plus sized? Seriously? She looks HEALTHY. Society is f*cked. 26 comments

Yes but the fashion industry defined 'plus sized'. This woman looks healthy to me, plus size has a negative connotation attached to it, which is what the fashion industry wants, cause now millions of women want to go out and spend money to make themselves 'healthy' and not 'plus sized'. Plus size should be determined by a doctor, not a magazine.

How will it cost you more? If you want 'facts from other experiences', just look up Australia or England or, well, pretty much every other country. There are facts and long-term proven results. It's based on a system where, sure, everyone's tax is a bit higher, but a) the medical system isn't choosing how much the medication cost (even if it's a lot higher than it should be, for profits sake) and b) the people who earn more, or people who are able to work, are helping out their fellow citizens in the act of, you know, staying alive.

Haha yep, closed down their government rather than have accessible healthcare that wouldn't leave people in crippling debt. If there's ever a public outcry that I just can't understand, it was that one.
