Sharks don't have a "taste" for humans. And I have lived in places (Virginia Islands) where sharks were killed after biting someone when in fact the people messed with the shark first. Also based on the area and the fact that this was in shallow water I suspect it was a Nurse Shark or a Reef shark which are not only smaller than most humans but not considered a "man eater" species. Maybe you shouldn't try to preach on a subject you seem to know little about?

And fame.

90% of the world's shark populations are critically endangered mostly due to human caused deaths. Loss of shark populations can severely hurt the fish population and by extension the fishing industry which provides work for thousands. But sure, it's a funny post.
