Except it’s RBG who died and she was an amazing woman. She fought for women in the workplace, for abortion, the right to divorce, and many other women’s issues (not that that was her only thing). It also means there’s only 1 female judge now in the Supreme Court. Ya’know a thing of 9 people (normally) that’s supposed to provide an even an fair upholding of the constitution? You’d think that should have a fairly even mix of men and women. And don’t say there’s not enough females in Law because we make up half the students

Hey! My family celebrates this ‘cause my stepdad was a truck driver and almost never home for Christmas. Plus I’m an atheist so the whole holy holiday is just eh. We celebrate a little based off the show, but mostly it’s that all your gifts will be ordered by amazon in the month of December and we open them when they arrive. Actual Christmas Day is spent sleeping in to make cinnamon rolls at like 3pm and watching reruns of things. Lastly we sleep early to wake up in time for buying all the cool things in local stores at huge “day after Christmas” sales

from the pic I’d say it’s a case of the local government “fighting homelessness” by blocking all areas they can sleep, and local business owners and artists making the best of the situation by at least decorating the stuff. Or ya’know it could be a heavy rock that’s been there and no one can move it/why would they it’s not a problem for them
