Gender affirming treatments are always done by licensed professionals. How do you think this works? Dude walks into a barber shop and goes "Just a little of the bottom"?

It varies from person to person. Some say they used to be girl/boy, some say they where always buy the world didn't know. Trans folk are varied like most people.

Things you can do here include, but are not limited to ..
Hiking. Long forest trails all over will take you to Norway och the inland. Just remember to bring food and water purification since towns are few and far between.
Events. Several arenas with conserts, a couple of festivals every year. Way out West is a big favorite.
Food. Lots of restaurants and an active fishing industry.
Just walking. Seriously, just walking. You can walk everywhere. The fare for the boats to the archipelago is the same as the local busses and trams.
Liseberg. Big amusement park. World Class roller coasters and fun.
There's lots more but you get the point.

Sweden, Gothenburg to be precise, it's on the west coast and you should definitely spend a vacation here. While everyone in Sweden speaks English (mandatory course in school) we've been voted the most sociable city in the world.
