First of all because of the distance, instead of a dance of hydrogen, and helium etc, it looks like it's twinkling and sparkling.
Secondly, stars such as the sun (a name we gave to it btw), are balls of gas, so the sun is what stars actually look like.

Was going to say that. It was a fallacy created by pet shops to sell tiny tanks, without the owner feeling guilty.
Studies were conducted using slides with coloured circles in them, when the scientists moved the slides/upended them, the goldfish would go to the exact spots it had just come from at the end of the maze.

My coffee shop closes at 8pm, two white kids came in at 7:57 (company rules state that we can't turn a customer away until it's 8pm on the dot, unless the manager decides to overrule it), and asked
"can we have one last coffee? PLEAAAAASE? I know, so sorry to be those people"
They seemed nice enough and apologetic, so my manager didn't pull rank, and said "sure, what would you like?"
"One oat milk latte with caramel and cream, and one Soya hot chocolate latte, with hazelnut, thanks".
*hands over two Starbucks takeout cups*
(We're a rival coffee shop).

If you stood close enough to my manager, you could hear the vibrations in her skull from all the internal screaming.

Oat milk is a tricky one, as people have allergies, so we have to make certain allowances for this. Soya milk isn't such a bad thing, but a massive pain in the arse, when you've already cleaned and wiped down the coffee machine, and put away most milk alternative jugs leading up to a close.
