They use this in Scientology, but they call it a Locational. I hate to admit that was one useful thing I learned from them

It's a dogtor haha My pup loves loving me when I'm sick. It's tough if I have a fever though because I feel bad turning her away, but with all that fur and body heat it's just awful

Birds do indeed see UV :)
I agree though, the safety of the animal should be priority

I respectfully disagree :) The way I understand the article and others is that the birds are bioflourescent but they don't yet know why(maybe to attact mates). They don't produce the light, they absord UV light and emit an orange color. They created the glasses to see if the living birds reacted the same as the dead ones under UV light. The article just points out the difference between bioflourescent and bioluminescent. Nat Geo is the only article I've seen that uses bioluminescent in the title, which makes it misleading.

They're flourescent, not bioluminescent. Puffins don't produce the light, they glow under ultra violet. But that's really cool! So pretty

Then bag 'em and sell 'em.
My mom had an orange tree in her front yard and these people would drive by at the crack of dawn, pick every f*ing orange, then sell them a few streets down

A lot of the plants that line the streets of San Francisco are edible...no fruit, but one could make a decent salad :)

That last one is so true. I seriously can't sit/lay next to my husband if we're watching something I'm actually interested in. If I sit/lay with him I'll fall asleep in minutes, no matter what time of day. My poor husband has had to rewatch so much because of it lol He's a champ <3

I carry both. I actually carry a phone and 2 ipods lol. My phone is full of games and pictures/videos, so there's no room for music, and my ipods sound better

Is that a bobcat? I think it is...my grandmothers neighbors had a cat whos mother was a house cat and the father was a bobcat. It was the cutest, most badass looking pet kitty I've ever seen

I had a corn snake named El Nino when I was younger and I would take him to school with me. He'd wrap around my wrist and just chill there most of the day. A lot of people saw him but thought he was a bracelet, so it startled them when he would randomly move his head or slither up my arm

I did know that. He abused her and her mother for years. The little girl pulled out her own eyelashes. It's a sad story
