The easiest thing to do is buy the chocolatey boxed cake. Follow the directions and substitute the water/milk with Guinness. For the icing, make American buttercream and use some Bailey's to make it spreadable...or just free pour it like I do ; )

I made croissants yesterday and did an 8k run in my apt (no treadmill). Chocolate Guinness with Bailey's icing is always a hit.
