My family having food on the table is more important than my co-workers having a little extra work to do.

@mrscollector I'm a giver too. I had a difficult time and everyone either ran away or told me to just get over it. Needless to say I'm very open anymore. I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you find someone (a friend) who you can turn to when you need help.

@itsamemaria When I said push through it I was referring to the average female athlete, there are always exceptions. Did you go see your doctor if your cramps are that bad? There are things that can be done so it's not so bad.

keep working out and not feeling so weak. The best advice so far is to just push through it. Don't take a break or slow down on those days. You may end of having a competition outside when you're ovulating or when you're on your menzies and they're not going to delay the competition until you're past it. At least by knowing where you are in your cycle, you can prepare in advance to get ready for your competition. There are some female scientists who are working on studying the physiology with women so more data will be available at some point.

Women's hormones change and fluctuate as we go through our menstrual cycle. Example, when you ovulate your body increases in temperature by a couple of degrees. Add in training on a hot day while ovulating and you find it very difficult to go for a run as you're already running hot. There is another part in your cycle where your body takes a lot longer to process protein and carbs so you feel weaker and it's difficult to do an exercise you had no problem with the day before. The best thing to do is to track your cycle so you can understand why you are struggling on that day. Then you need to figure out a way to deal with the difficulties (ie. overheating, feeling weak, etc) Everyone's body is different so what works for one isn't necessarily going to work for someone else. It might be eating more protein and carbs while on your menzies but maybe it will different protein and carbs on those days or perhaps even carb and protein loading just before your menzies so you have enough to...

@guest_ Go for it! As a woman and an athlete, I see it all first hand.

Yet they don't drug test the difference between men and women. They are discovering that many drugs work great for men but not for women, the same goes with physiology. While it makes sense in the beginning as naturally men's hormones are steady while women's hormones vary depending on where she is during her menstrual cycle. They are just starting to study physiology with women and they are just beginning to talk about the effects certain medication have on women.

Have an honest conversation about sex with her. DON'T say anything about how bad she is but rather talk about likes and dislikes instead.

Some were indentured servants, yes. A lot of them were never released from their agreement after the years served, thereby making them slaves.

The cost of eating healthy is crazy expensive compared to junk food. With most people barely getting by junk helps them to afford eating something every day and you HAVE to eat. Besides, no matter your size, you should be able to walk down the street and not be harassed because of your size. I truly believe that is all overweight people are asking for. (Yes, there are a few who want more than that but the average person just wants to live their life)

Do not store your condoms in the bottom drawer of your oven. The heat will break down the condoms and will become ineffective.
