Many dogs require grooming so their fur doesn't mat. And it's no different than you getting your hair cut, it doesn't cause you any pain.

most of these are probably taken in captivity where they don't have enough enrichment and get bored and chew on themselves. Also they're cats, cats are weird.

yeah I play violin and this is just stupid. Your hand has zero mobility with this(shifting, no? Vibrato, no?)and that's just one stupid and unnecessary component . Not to mention the model has zero idea how to hold a bow. The violin has been the same for hundreds of years(other than the lengthening of the fingerboard) and there's really no need to change anything.
