Ok, I propose the hunger games but we vote on who enters, with 100 entry spots. With a 2 thirds majority, with winners forced into a quintet quell every 5 years and empty spots filled by those who got less then 2 thirds vote, with the first empty spot filled by the person with the most votes who didn’t make it, then downwards based on number of votes. A specific destination would be selected seeing as how the Capitol had much more advanced tech, with the killer stuff placed in advanced instead of immediate releasing. Votes can be tallied on a specific platform or app dedicated to it
