Several spiders, but I did the same thing. My thought process, "There's a spider. Oh, there's another one and another one etc... I don't see the owl though.......Ooooh, that's the thing. I see. Hah, funny. I should comment....and someone else did the exact same thing."

No fishing 3 comments

I've known long time fishermen that just liked the peacefulness. They'd throw out a line with a bobber, and a small weight, nothing else. No hook, no bait, they didn't want to actually catch anything. They were just enjoying the moment.

Found this just sitting there in a barn, I can't believe my luck... The best part is that there were two of them, two full 4x8 sheets of OSB board! --Tumblr meme

Not much of a revenge. The MC gets kicked from the party. Said party's mothers all happen to be slaves. None of the said party buy their own mothers out of slavery. Said party, which presumably were still working, likely had more money and resources than a singular person who just lost his job. If they didn't bother to buy their own mothers they didn't obviously didn't care. If they didn't care, there is no revenge. I'm also not going to google this because I really don't want to know how screwed up the author made the story so that it's premise makes sense.

Literally why I took up the martial arts. Always wanted to as a kid but the opportunity wasn't there. As an adult I always just put it off saying things like I'm too busy or the finances aren't there. Really though? I did have time and I could afford it. All it took was a tiny amount of research and the gumption to just go ahead and do it.

What's your favourite song? 6 comments

I don't have a favorite song. I do have a song I prefer "at the moment" but it changes entirely with my moods. I can listen to the same album 3 months straight on repeat and then not listen to it for years. I usually just let my internal soundtrack dictate what I listen too but that can change if I'm feeling rebellious. Other times I want to induce a mood so I'll listen to something that will do that for me. Having "one" favorite song just seems like expecting too much from a single source.

I quicksave, kill him and take both. Then I try to wear both. If that fails I quickload and try first one then the other, loading as necessary.

When standing? B5, C5 or F2, G2, H3 or E8, F8, or D5, E5. Depends entirely on the shape of the bowl and how much water is in it. Whether I'm in a hurry or bored. In a public restroom or at home.

Positive thinking is hard and takes practice. Luckily, if you do make the effort it can become a habit. If it becomes a habit ruining one load will not clean out your wardrobe.

Umm, nope. He didn't work for 20 years on it just to be surprised it killed. He wasn't even against using it. He wouldn't even have changed anything if he could have gone back to do it again. Here's a very good article about him and his pacifism: https://www.bbvaopenmind.com/en/science/physics/oppenheimer-from-the-atomic-bomb-to-pacifism/
Interestingly, "never once said that he regretted building the bomb or recommending its use against Japan". He also told President Truman that he had blood on his hands.

$$$$$$$$$$$ The U.N. if not supported by taxes it levies. It's supported by funds given to it by major countries because it doesn't actually have that much authority. If the top 3 contributing countries just stopped and withdrew it would practically cease to exist.

Or at the very least don't make it a fault in everyone else that they aren't basing their entire identity on the thing you do.

I don't know, I liked it when I finally got to taste it. Maybe not something to eat in large portions but I did like it.
