Of course a contract has to be accepted by both parties or there isn't a contract merely a one sided expectation. To then use that one sided expectation as an excuse to vilify or demean the other party completely defeats the purpose of any Tolerance. This is why it's not a social contract but instead a moral standard. A moral standard doesn't need everyone to accept it. Those that do, fall under that social construct we call a culture. Different cultures have different moral standards and while some standards seem to be cross cultural, nuances will always exist. The argument presented is fundamentally flawed and completely ignores individuality and diversity of thought. It was a good try though.

Everyone who was supporting Ye a week ago for his "free speech" 1 comments

Free speech means I can insult someone as much as like and as long as it's only words and not a call to action/violence it should not be punishable by law. However, just like anything else there are consequences to our actions. If we have free speech, which I'm %100 for, we should also be ready to accept it when someone insults us back or public opinion vilifies us for jerkish behaviour.

I used to always check the change slots on pay phones. Of course I had to make sure there wasn't a needle jammed in there first.

That'd be funny, especially when it's weeks later and you have to tell them you switched it cause it's still switched on their keyboard and they didn't even notice.

Well hey, it used to be nuclear power or radiation and when you just use the same formula for how you make a sciency story you gotta change with the times.
Henry Ford raised workers' pay and they could buy his Model-T 3 comments

That's like the ultimate capitalist move. Have company that sells product. Give your workers enough money that they can buy your product. Make money off the money you had to spend to make a product to make you money. Plus, your workers are happier and work better because of it, which just makes you more money.

There are 50 books in those stacks. That represents roughly 2 months of serious enjoyment. Time to beef those numbers up.

Most states have similar rules if they offer provisional ballets instead of a an EDR (Election Day Registration) system.

Here are the rules for Provisional ballets in Florida
Voters receive a provisional ballot if: their registration cannot be verified at the polls
an absentee ballot has been issued but the voter fails to bring it to the polls
voter fails to provide proper ID
the polling hours are extended (these provisional ballots are segregated from all other provisional ballots).
The Provisional Ballot Cure Affidavit must be completed and submitted to the Elections Department along with a copy of your identification by 5.p.m. on the second day after the election. Provisional ballots are counted by noon, 4 days after a General Election and 3 days after a Primary Election.
Note: Voters must cast their provisional ballot in the correct polling place in order for it to be counted. If you are eligible to vote, and voted in the proper precinct, your provisional ballot will count as long as your signature on the provisional ballot matches the signature in your registration record.

Provisional ballet voters still have to be legal voters voting where they're supposed (registered) to vote. That's why they must be verified. Also, before some smart alec tries, voting more than once by using a provisional ballet is still illegal and you can be fined and charged with voter fraud. Not every state offers provisional ballets nor are they legally required too if they have EDR in place.

Not Foo and bar but FUBAR. It's just pronounced foo-bar. Stands for F***** up beyond all recognition. "Saving Private Ryan" explains it if you watch the movie.

Not autistic, just overbearing, strongly opinionated and has a strong desire to have power over others even if it involves stepping on others to get it. Hence, why it's so funny he gets pranked. Many times unpleasant people are just unpleasant and don't have a "condition" to justify it.

Yes and no. The values and ideas of a culture are going to directly contribute to what they can do. Violence is just something that can be done. Using violence effectively combined with a culture that promotes advancement and then using that advancement in all aspects of your culture, which includes ways to be violent, is proof of the superiority of ideas, values, or religion.
TLDR: You don't gain superiority in the application of violence without also having superior cultural ideas, values, or religions.
