Yeah. I have a lot of anger towards them, but most of my family is still in, so it's a little difficult. Thank fuck I never got baptised, I don't think I would be able to cope with being disfellowshipped and fully shunned.

Oh, that was one of the few times someone actually *asked*, and they were literally reaching out to touch while saying that.
Usually I step away and glare when someone tries to touch without permission.

That wasn't the first time I threatened someone when they tried to touch my hair, nor was it the last.
Some people don't fucking know what personal space is.

Consent is important when touching.
Only people I know well can pet me, and even then they have to ask (unless we're super intimate)

It's been really helpful, because usually when someone gives tips on how to stop panic attacks, they don't go into as much detail as my therapist does, so I'd always get confused, and then more upset when they wouldn't work. Now I know how to actually do them, I can calm myself before I freak out.

Not to be confused with Demibisexual, which is an actual thing (being demisexual and bisexual at the same time, so you're only really able to be sexually attracted to those you're super close with already, and gender isn't always a deciding factor)
