Yeah I don't agree with the hobbit films at all. Adding characters to the films that weren't in the books just to get LOTR viewers? No thanks.

Whilst it's true they get more money that way - they also get to focus on parts of the book that wouldn't make the cut if it was one film. Think about all the things they missed out of Harry Potter (or something) because of time constraints. Splitting the film means you get to see more : 3

No once they're on your face they won't move away, those drops are from where he squeezed the water onto his face, as he couldn't make himself cry, he just put water on his eye to demonstrate what it would look like.
