Mine is the same! But I changed the balance on my laptop AND my phone and made the quieter one louder! And now they sound great! I would've gotten a new pair but I'm broke af :(

Once I held the door open for someone, and when they said thanks, my brain was thinking "you're welcome!" and "no problem" at the same time, so I said "No welcome!"
