Painted a Continent- Well, they painted a desert. I personally think that's close enough.
Discovered Something That Doesn't Exist - I'm pretty sure they made that reference in the nanobots episode
Give a Monkey a Shower- They literally did that. And crossed it off a list, I think. And had the music from the theme song play in the background.
Finding Frakenstein's brain - They almost did that. In the episode with the balloon race to the top of the mountain. Buford's balloon popped or something so Phineas and Ferb rescued them. There was something about a swordfish, I think, and Ferb crossed that off a list, and Phineas said how now all they needed to do was find Frakenstein's brain, and Buford replied that that was in his balloon.

Of course it was a compliment! I absolutely love brown eyes! I mean, sure, I prefer the lighter shades over the darker shades, but there's something about darker eyes that's just so beautiful and mysterious, too!
