The guy on the left looks more Dutch to me. Not sure about the one on the right but agree they don't look that British

I think people always called it Wilko or Wilkos like calling Woolworths Woolies, they just rebranded to suit.

We still kind of use imperial in the UK, our road signs are all in miles/yards for example and most people I know weigh themselves in stones/pounds, babies weights are always announced in pounds and ounces.

Not so far, although once one of your friends has done something grown up they're usually happy to be the adulter adult when you need advice on the same thing, e.g. buying a house.

Is it even dinner if it's a salad or sandwich? And you're missing out if you don't have a bit of supper before bed!

I'd say breakfast lunch and dinner. Supper was always a biscuit and a glass of milk before bed. Tea was the drink but I knew what my friends meant if they invited me for tea.

It's partly regional, some people go with tea for dinner and others use supper.

They were all better when they were called Opal Fruits but orange are best followed by green then purple. Yellow aren't the worst though, red are.

But they believe there is an ice wall round the edge which is either too far to cross or has American guards patrolling it, or possibly both.

Compared to a lot of own brand products in other supermarkets their stuff is good, I like it because the choice is often take it or leave it rather than choose between these 10 cereals which are basically the same, I'm easily confused! Their fruit and veg isn't brilliant but can recommend their frozen section and sandwich meats very highly.
