I think it very much depends where you eat, good food in the UK tends to be pricey. I'd expect to pay at least £40 per person for a halfway decent 3 course meal without drinks. Cheap food is very rarely good whereas other places (in my experience) seem to be able to do cheap and tasty in one.

It was card with (I think) a plant based liner and the cap was plant based "plastic" too, I've read that there are disadvantages to plant based plastics and I try to carry a reusable bottle but on the occasion I forgot this seemed like the lesser of two evils.
