ACTUALLY, (In theory/economically speaking). If you spend time helping someone you actually have an opportunity cost.
Example: you can sell bikes for 50 bucks a piece at a rate of one per an hour. If you help change someone's tire for one hour instead of selling bikes, financially it cost you nothing, but in opportunity cost it will cost you 50 dollars.
