Speaking less anecdotally, a BA in Philsophy isn't as useless as it's made out to be here. It's true that there aren't many philosophy jobs. However, the skills gained and used translate well into a lot of other roles. Quite a few Philsophy majors end up going into major tech firms, and tend to do much better on average if they choose to go on to law school.

I see this quite often, and it always paints with a broad brush. It seems like the general idea is that university is a waste of time and money. However, it depends on the degree. Somebody with a Commerce or Law degree has a much higher level of earning potential than somebody with an Arts degree, depending on what they major in. One of my friends has a BCom majoring in managment, makes 160k a year, has only been in the role for 2 years.

I'm not sure what sort of queue this is for, but it may be just for check in or bag drops. Even if it for the same flight, it's better to keep them separated. COVID doesn't have a wide dispersal range. That means if someone has it on the plane, only a few rows around them will be affected. But if people were bunched together in the queue, and then ended up sitting in different spots in the plane, they end up spreading it to more people than if the queue was distanced
