We did, but it didn't cover miscarriages. The law is now up to 3 days paid bereavement guarenteed, as long as you've been with the company for at least 6 months. More can be taken at the boss's discretion. No proof of pregnancy, miscarriage, or stillbirth is needed

That's not what this means at all, this (at least to my knowledge) seems to suggest that the dollar isn't backed by anything, like most currencies. At least going off the fact that they mention the gold standard. You seem defensive?
