I'm over weight I will admit. But to say that it was fast food that made kids fat is bullshit. What makes kids fat is no longer teaching people what proper portions are to each age group.
And how much movement/exercise should a person do to burn those calories.
They need to be more on not what to eat but how to eat.

I don't know which is the better life goal.
Having a best friend that even at middle age goes out drinking and wants to have a sleep over.
Or
Having a husband that is so kind and trusting that doesn't mind you going out drinking with your best friend and when you two comes home lets the friend and you have a sleep over and brings you and her snacks.

Worst thing I ever saw was my dad standing on the front porch hands on hip waiting for my oldest brother. I arrived before him because I was in elementary school he was in high school. My Dad said don't talk to me I'm waiting for your (oldest brother name). So I went inside and peeked out the livingroom window. I saw my oldest brother drive up see my Dad walking towards the car and my brother backed out and drove off lmfao
My Dad got in his car and chased after him.
Apparently my oldest brother had been getting a buttload of traffic tickets. When the cop would say give me your ID my brother gave my 2nd oldest brother info. Back than the computers in the cop cars didn't show pictures. So they took him as our other brother.
Well he never paid them so when my brother got a ticket for going past a stop sign they arrested him for unpaid tickets.
It took a shit ton of strings being pulled to get him out of jail on my Dad's part.
So he was ready to MURDER my oldest brother lmfao.

We used to hand our daughter a unpluged/turned off controller and say she was the bad guys stopping us from winning. Lol every time we would die she say HAHA YOU LOST I BEAT YOU! lol

We think her name was Tabby short for Tabitha but that might of been a different cat. When we had her she was 1 of 23 kittens. See a grandmother,
Mother, and Daughter all 3 gave birth at the same time and the grandmother would steal all the babies. So we don't know who she belonged to and we only kept 3 kittens Limpy ran off when we were taking the other kittens to a pet store my mom worked for. They made sure they went to good homes. Limpy had a name they all did. Just we forgot which one she was because when she came back she was so much bigger. So "Limpy no Lips" lol aka "little Gangster" or as my Dad called her "The Drooling Mob Boss" lol due to her inability to control her drool when she lost her lips and eventually her teeth due to age.

My family had a cat that we can't remember the name of because one day it came home from being gone for a month and it was limping like it was hit by a car. We took it to the vet and yeah it was but the bones were healed and from than on she always limped so we called her Limpy.
THAN we moved to the country and Limpy fell asleep on an ant bed. The ants ate her lips. They literally ate her lips. But just the flesh hairless part dont worry it wasn't all of her lips. We took her to vet she got medicine. But from than on she became our little 20s gangster Limpy no Lips. Lol
She ended up living to 18 dying of old age.

I was raised in a house filled always with sound. My grandmother helped raise us plus I have 5 siblings so that is 3 adults and 6 kids plus endless amounts of pets and friends that moved in and out of our home.
So when we were babies my grandmother INSISTED never make everything quiet for the baby to sleep or they will never sleep. Because a pin drop will set them off. So she bang pans turn on the TV and so on.
So now this is nothing. I could easily fall asleep next to them. I once slept through a earthquake and a tornado. (Different days lol)

Roman's actually did use cloth on a stick. Some buildings that were designed for public toilets had people share a public stick. They washed it in a small water river that ran past their feet. If they brought their own they used the same water to wash their own u less they brought a bucket as well.

It is about choices you can easily make. Like did you know some burger kings offer macaroni and cheese it is cheaper and healthier.
For adults try ordering a small fry or even a medium. And if dinning in order a small drink. You have a chance to refill but due to needing to get up to do it you will less likely refill it as much. A large you will feel the need to drink it all.
Simple questions can tell you better options. Wendy's you can have a baked potato I stead of fries. Some even offer a side salad. Same or less price. Pizza what you crave try ording a medium instead of a large. Or save some for later. Me and my family of 3 get KFC and it will last us 2 and half meals.
