depends on the driver, some people can drive very well when smoking weed, some even do what is called a "burn ride".
some people, on the other hand just can't handle their weed, as demonstrated on 420, when every idiot decides to smoke weed for 420 then decide to drive but have no high-driving skills so then they end up in a crash.
That's when the real stoners have to be super careful of the newbies because they get so fucking high then get so close to you that you want to punch them in the face.
So, yeah just don't smoke weed and drive.
(unless you got the skill and finesse)

I rode my bike last night from 12:00 am until 1:45 am and traveled at least 8 miles through dark, mysterious places, some known to have coyotes come through.
I also saw a lady outside her house late at night, probably drunk or getting high lol
