I'm saying the beliefs are stupid. There's lots of positives that come from the religion. It brings strengthens community, often inspires charity, etc.. I just think the cons outweigh those when the religion also persecutes certain groups, encourages hatred, or promotes illogical and unscientific mindsets.

Lol. I love reading old mythologies and beliefs from old civilizations & cultures. It's really interesting. I just don't think there's much difference between them and common religions today. I can be kind of a dick when people try to evangilize where I don't want to see it.

Lol. So many assumptions. I never said all religion results in violence or that all religious people are assholes. Almost all of my friends are christian and I was very much believed in it myself. I just said that I don't like religion. That's because I think it encourages gulilbility and close-minded thinking and holds backs society by teaching objective morality that is sometimes nearly arbitrary (ex. Anti-homosexuality) and illogical. A startling number of Americans dont even think evolution is real (I believe due to religion). I also think the actual beliefs themselves are stupid and unfounded. Also you said I "think so poorly" when all I said was that's I think it's bullshit without really any explanation. (In my first comment)
