There has been quite a bit of research over the years that do suggest that animals do indeed have the ability to laugh, such as when getting tickled. It has been shown that dogs, apes, rats, and dolphins do indeed laugh, of sorts. Do some research on it. You'd be surprised.

I don't know what stress is? I've been a volunteer firefighter before. I've also served in the military. I know what stress is, and it is pretty cool to see that there are places that do things like this. Not only does it relieve stress, but it puts you with various others who are going through similar things as you. It generates bonds via different experiences that were bred from the same common factors. Look beyond the black and white areas, folks. Look at the grey areas. Not everybody goes through the exact same thing, but we all experience the same emotions. Some people naturally have problems with studying. Some people have legitimate fears of taking tests. Teachers put quite a bit of pressure on students to pass test about things that not everyone understands. It was like that when I was in high school, and I finished in 2004. So back off of the people that struggle. I'm sure that there are things that you have struggled with that other people do with ease, and it is frustrating.
