It's not that OP is offended by the title, it's that they are angry that the representatives seem more concerned with pushing their own agendas than actually representing the people who elected them.

As Dragon said, you should recommend it, but don't put to much emphasis on it.
Definitely don't force them to make groups (whether assigned or not). That just leads to resentment towards other students and the professor, and some students are forced to carry the work for the slackers.

Now while I'll agree that mentioning that the boy is autistic doesn't add anything in to the video, the video's description on YouTube does mention that the child has autism.

The bathrooms for the disabled tend to be bigger to fit a wheel chair, have lower sinks and lower air driers/paper dispensers, and also have metal railings to make getting on and off the toilet seat easier. They are often kept separate from regular bathrooms to reduce traffic and so they are available when they are needed. If there is a bathroom for the disabled, chances are there are regular bathrooms not to far away.
