Well, yes the donation is definitely the most important part. I did want to point out that the ice water part isn't necessarily 'look at me' BS. The whole purpose of the challenge is when the ice water hits your body, for just a second or two you feel completely paralyzed. That's just a glimpse of what someone with ALS goes through. So not totally arbitrary.
