It's called an Anechoic room snd it's at -20.3dB. You can even hear your bones grinding, the longest someone has been in there I think was not even an hour because it messes with your balance and coordination. If they got it up to -23dB you can hear air molecules moving.

Anime is just Japanese animation. It's like saying you like cartoons. This view on anime has probably prevented some poor self-conscious person from being able to experience some of the best entertainment/ animation I've ever seen.
