no if you say you don't like children what else could be the reason? saying you don't like all children is such a wide range of people that the only thing they all have in common is age. Otherwise, you just don't like some children and you've made a generalization that they're all the same.

no what's a big deal is that you have a dislike for someone just because of how old they are. that's judgmental and while many children could be irresponsible there could be many perfectly mature and polite children.

I hated the books because they were so... for lack of a better word, "unfortunate", but they were really well written

but then again consider that the concept of nuclear war was created, which made it so that now it is possible to actually wipe humankind off the face of the earth. Not exactly a positive leap, and the capability to have nuclear power doesn't really seem to have helped anyone. I suppose the threat of nuclear war and total decimation has been a deterrent to a World War III... We studied this last year but I don't really know a lot about it so anyone else feel free to chime in, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
