Now, understand that I was giving a very BASIC definition. It varies from person to person, and game to game. There isn't really any real measure, but somehow you always know whether or not someone qualifies as a "gamer". It's an extremely confusing concept, and I apologize if I offended anyone. It's a bit more complex than that. Playing games makes you someone who plays games, but playing games regularly on a competitive level is closer to the definition of a gamer. I understand how it could be confused, but there is a real difference.
