I have trouble unbottling my emotions to the people I need to the most, which causes me to accept anything people throw at me, even if I think it's unfair or even cruel. I don't want to do the thing, but I'm afraid of speaking my mind because I don't want to look bad or lazy. This has led me to develop a deep feeling of anxiety and stress that I shouldn't have when I'm not even in college yet, but I've never wanted to talk about it in fear of casting too much attention on myself, which I also fear. It's a downward spiral of being too passive and stressed when I can deal with it, but won't in fear of being viewed negatively.
