It's not irony to say to somebody uses widely available consumer items. To hold international corporations to a higher standard is a good thing.

Noel Gugliemi. His credits include Training Day, Buffy and Angel, and most weekly procedural shows you can thing of. He usually does one episode as, you guessed it, some sort of criminal.

The US backed a coup to overthrow the popular, democratically elected socialist president of Chile and replaced him with a literal dictator. Henry Kissinger famously said "the issue is too important to be left to the Chilean voters."

The actor has 189 credits to his name. Being typecast can pay the bills.

My favorite sports thing is big guys being surprisingly fast and agile. It's a fun element of surprise to the whole thing.

I got expelled from preschool for peeing all over the other napping children. The teachers deemed it malicious, which it totally was. I hated those fuckers.

That's a little salty for a Mormon. It's not like they hate alcohol, they just don't drink it.

The "seperate art from artist" thing isn't absolute. There are certain things I cannot condone and still enjoy somebodies work, such as them being a sex offender. And I know different time periods had different social mores, but I can still apply my own ethics and morals to peoples actions.

For this stunt, she went on Kent State campus disguised as somebody else, then asked people what they thought of her. Once she got the answer, she would rip off the disguise and try to play "gotcha" with them. The was to try to see if they would actually say this stuff to her face, and they did. It was pathetic.

Nah, nobody will care in a month. Keurig is fine, and Nike has more than enough sponsorship deals and brand recognition to weather any storm.

That's my gripe. I'm all for the message, but anybody who thinks that wearing Nikes makes them part of the #resistance is delusional.

No. I didn't say that. Biological gender and biological sex are often conflated and used interchangeably. Gender, as it is understood in a social sense, is a construct.

Gender is a social construct, but I think your conflating transgender with gender. That's why blue is generally considered for boys, and pink is generally considered for girls. Transgender is a medical and psychological term that can, but not always, manifest itself very early in a person's life.

You're missing the rest of the quote, where Elaine says that's ironic and the lady doesn't know what ironic means.
