A train may be 2 or 3 hours slower, but theres also no security and that "get here two hours early" shit. Plus, better legroom and you can walk around. Trains are great.

Theres a difference between cultural crossover and adaption and cultural appropriation. Listening to rap music isn't a problem; being a middle class white kid and pretending that you're a black guy who has had the same experiences as the artist is.

It's multi-tiered. I work with a lot of homeless vets, and the hardest part is being thrust back into a world that's less regimented. A lot of these folks lose their sense of identity if their not in the service and fill the void with drugs and alcohol.

It's hard to overstate just how important the Andre heel turn was to the wrestling business. Hogan was the big name in the US, but Andre was a legitimate pop culture icon in Europe, Mexico, and Japan. Coupled with absorbing and destroying the territories (especially most of the NWA), Hogan beating Andre showed that Vince McMahon was a true trailblazer.

What's funny is, this how even the most successful movies technically lose money. Each film is set up as an LLC, and through some creative accounting, they always so a loss so as not to pay taxes, future royalties, and other costs.

It's rushed. It may come as a big shock to a lot of people, but Game of Thrones is a slow show. They spend a lot of time walking and talking, with one or two episodes a season dedicated to battle. The last two seasons has basically been the writers going "oh shit, we have to figure out how to end this now" and having no idea what to do.
